This morning at Xfit, both me and Josh did the Team WOD calling ourselves the "Grateful Deaf" team.

The WOD was (20 lbs ball)
100 wall balls (back and forth)
100 ball passing full situps
50 clapping pushups (25 each)
100 ball passing squats
800 meter run (each) carrying 53 lbs KB (this was brutal!!!)

We managed to get 2nd place in 17 minutes and 35 seconds.

Afterwards to cool down I did about 400 double unders.

The only KB I own is 35#, although I do have a kettlestack that I might load up.

although i just started dieting, i can feel a difference , abit lighter more refreshed , before i was too sleepy or drowzy and always have the sense of being tired

im diabetic also at 22 years old , previously i would go to the bathroom 10x a day, now my blood sugar is controlled and stable which is a good start

i do drink a lot of water + stopped having soft drinks
