Oats have something like 5g prot in a half cup (dry). I dunno about rob, but I often do oatmeal in the AM with some fruit before my morning workout, then greek yogurt after. That does me alright till mid morning snack time.
I don't normally do as much fruit as shown above though.

Crossfit was killer tonight.
Warm Up: running,skipping, high knees, butt kickers and on etc etc.
Strength:
At the top of every minute:
1 Strict Shoulder Press
1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk / Split Jerk
Increase weight 10 lbs per minute until failure.
Conditioning:
100 OH KB Swings
50 Goblet Squats
50 Wall balls
WOD:
5 Rounds for TIme:
10 Pullups
10 HR Pushups
20 Double Unders

Oikos nonfat, you can get 4 packs at fred meyer. It has a bit of sugar, but pre/post workout it's fine.
