I tried the pre workout "assault" stuff last night. Holy F. I'm a small guy, 1 scoop may have been a bit too much LOL. That shit is potent. Had a great workout though.

Its not bad.. it doesn't "kick" in like jack3d, just builds up..

I'm about 155lbs and I started with half and am up to about 90% a scoop..

I'm 140-45 so the 1 scoop hit me pretty good.

squats, deads, pendlay rows, kroc rows, bent over row, DB rows, straight leg deadlift, good mornings, GHD's.... alot of these you will be working your back, hamstrings, glutes, etc...

for some reason my stomach could not handle it, I sent it off to a buddy who took 3 scoops for his deadlift work out LOL... he said it was "AWESOME"

Has anyone tried Rouge fitness's RIPT skin system? My hands are torn up and I need to do something about it.



Any other suggestions will be great as well.

just get a file and sand down your rough spots on the hand that are built up, thats why you rip your hands apart.

Also Ben, have you been to Universal Crossfit in Houston? One of the members up here has a brother who is a coach there. I know there are dozens of boxes down there so odds are probably not.
