Sounds delicious! Don't usually have much time to prepare somehing good, so I mostly get short, and high calorie meals like the one I showed earlier (trying to gain weight/muscle mass).

Good routine. What greek yogurt do you get? I've tried the "Greek God" brand, and it is absolutely delicious. I'm trying to figure out if there is a better brand/type of greek yogurt available.

Crossfit was killer tonight.

Warm Up: running,skipping, high knees, butt kickers and on etc etc.

Strength:

At the top of every minute:
1 Strict Shoulder Press
1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk / Split Jerk
Increase weight 10 lbs per minute until failure.
Conditioning:

100 OH KB Swings
50 Goblet Squats
50 Wall balls
WOD:

5 Rounds for TIme:
10 Pullups
10 HR Pushups
20 Double Unders

Any one have any recommendations for Road Bike Trainers. Not logging enough road miles at the moment and I have a big ride coming up in a few months.

I bought a felt Z6 last year and love it. Best all carbon bike for the money easily.

Oikos nonfat, you can get 4 packs at fred meyer. It has a bit of sugar, but pre/post workout it's fine.

Total 0% Greek Yogurt w/ Honey is awesome.

5th workout with MP Assault, and I must say I'm enjoying it.
