Thai/Kickboxing is even more exhausting,..
but if you have a BMI of an obese person while being somewhat lean,boxing alone beats the shit out of you

CrossFit was trash tonight. Didn't even break a sweat. There were like 25 people there, box was over crowded. The workout (which can't even be called that) was so light it wasn't even half a normal session. Time to do my own little session of the basics tonight just to get some.

Kurt Kinetic. I looked for a while and it is the best by far. If you look on ebay you can find good deals on them. I picked up a combo pack that included a computer and front wheel stand for $400.

12 minutes as many reps as possible of this:
30 double unders
20 plate walking lunches (35 lbs)
10 toes to bars
I barely managed 8 rounds. Most others managed 3-4 rounds. I'm going to feel this one tomorrow.
