A friend of mine did a half marathon on snow/ice in Antarctica a couple years ago. She said that it was one of the hardest things she's ever had to do even with the special "crampon" shoes that she used.

No kidding. The rain and ice make it so much worse too. Going 3 miles seems like 6 in the snow; I can't imagine going 5+ mi.

I am currently trying it... my sister in law got me a tub of it for Christmas... not too sure of it yet. the performance is great, feel like it works in that area but, my stomach does not feel good after I am done lifting.

I dont have the strongest stomach though either... so I am trying a half dose and seeing how that goes. Most likely I will just try another brand. Some work for people some dont.

I ran a few programs on Jack3d and loved it. Thought I'd switch it up this tie. Took 2 half doses of Assault so far and initially I feel sleepy, but once I hit the weights I have consistently good lifts until the workout is over. No stomach problems, and thats probably because of my intrawork drink which means that there is something in my stomach other than Assault. Will keep at it for another few workouts and then make a decision.

Thanks for the input

over the time you

get used to it > need more for same effect

develop a certain dependance of it
when you forget it at home and can`t take it your workout is gonna be shit (in your head )

loose "the joker" for times when you really need it

trigger adrenaline/noradrenaline and other processes that get you further into a cvatabolic state

and many more

Your body will always build up a tolerance after a while, thats why you should cycle off.
