10 miles or so for my first desert ride. Had to cut it short cause I was killing my friend who quit smoking 2 weeks ago. Still fun, I was on an SS last time I did these trails and the gears + suspension f'in rocks in the desert. Cadillac style, and we were over 25mph on singletrack at one point.

On a side note does any one train with chains?
Ive been training with chains for 2 years and its fantastic. see link below to get an idea but I use them for bench, and squats, and dips.

I've never trained with chains, but have with bands. I've got the elitefts set.
Got another ride in today, this one solo. 13 miles in the dirt, much more climbing than the last one. No idea on vertical since I used a different tracking app. Here are some pics:

Chains are great for a different style of training than bands, Band are IMO more for conditioning resistance training where as chains for more for your bulking training.
