That's the pre-workout stuff? I always just eat food and drink a lo-carb monster, let us know if you feel like you have more energy.

BTW-It might work but their marketing reminds me of dat dere cell-tech.

I'm 5'9... 5'10 on a good day

I just took it, heading to the gym in about 15... I'll let you know how it is.

I use to use jack3d. Was debating between Superpump and yok3d today; went with superpump max bc it has a shit ton of good reviews...

jw because my old roommate was 5'8 180 lbs very low bodyfat - looked jacked as hell.

He made big slacker's egg white consumption seem elementary

3 mile run followed by 50 hard minutes with my trainer helped justify the 3 star chickhen Thai I had for lunch today

Probably just had the best workout I've had in 3 months. Not exactly sure if it was the SuperPump Max or not though. I only took 1 scoop of it; but I have been off of Jack3D for at least a month now, so it might have played a role in my workout.

This is the first time my chest is sore in god knows how long.

5x5 @ 205lb on flatbench, resting about 90 seconds give or take in between sets.

185lb x 10 on incline bench
195 x 8 incline bench
205 x 5 incline bench (failure)
205 x 4 incline bench (failure)

135lb x 14 decline bench
155lb x 10 decline bench
185lb x 6 decline bench
185lb x 6 decline bench

165lb x 12 seated butterfly's
170lb x 10 seated butterfly's
175lb x 8 seated butterflys ( til failure)
175lb x 6 seated butterflys (til failure)

25lb x 12 cable crossovers
30lb x 10 cable crossovers
35lb x 10 cable crossovers
35lb x 8 cable crossovers

Stretched for 10 minutes.

Did a 75min spin class.

Speaking of supplements, anyone use a supplement to aid in fat burn (thermogenic-type or otherwise)? I've been working out regularly for about 2 years and I'm in great shape. I have't used any supplements before so I'm not sure if its the way to go. I'm just having trouble with that last 10-15 lbs of fat. Any other advice to lean out? I'm 6'2, 220 and want to lose about 10 lbs of fat so I can say I had a six pack at least once in my life! lol, I ain't getting any younger.

I've used ephedra before in the past and had the most unreal results ever; that being said, it's not very healthy.

At one point I used Lipo6 and 'JetFuel', but the best thing ever was Lipodrene, which is banned now [They revised the ingredients and came out witha new version though]. You sweat profusely nonstop, crazy jitters, go to the bathroom [and I mean REALLY go to the bathroom] several times a day, and legitimately SHED weight like it's nothing. If you took it twice a day for a week, you'd probably lose 8 pounds in your first week. I'm pretty sure I know where you can still purchase the original formula if you're interested.

Thanks. Not looking to take anything that is banned or cause nasty side effects. Is the weight you shed just water weight based on going to bathroom so much?

I'm sure a bunch is, but you constantly should be drinking over a gallon a day. You actually burn fat on it because it is keeping your metabolism disgustingly high at all times. Your heart rate is pretty much running double the speed while you're at a complete standstill.
