3rd week dieting
just cleaner healthier food without excersize

lost 8 lbs

cut down a lot on sugars, especially redbull which i Miss

good thing some of my clothes are starting to fit again

Capped off the week with my aforementioned SS ride and then a bonus ride with h20skier this morning. My legs are gonna need a rest day go sho now.

Back in z gym. That last post of mine should've read "40lbs" not "49"... Couldn't edit.

Kwik circuit w 40lb vest: + 55lbs barbell squat jumps, push ups, dead hang pull ups. 9 reps down to 1 rep. Then did 4 sets walking 1 leg DL's with a long 45lb barbell (about 15 reps/leg per set) + hanging leg lifts w00t

My new program has me training to failure and using drop sets.. I'm aching all over, but at least I'm sleeping pretty well

First time in the gym today coming from 3 weeks of vacay ....felt weak as fvck but It did still look geeeeeeewd!

You're welcome boy' but remember, my gym doesn't allow tank tops nor cowboy booooooooots!
