This time I did:

Warmup drills: Quick stroke/hand position, arm rotation/breathing
2x50m
1x100m
1x200m
2x50m
2x25m sprint

The 200m was just gonna be a 100m but my shoulders weren't tired, I was in a groove so I just kept going. Could have gone longer, I think next week I'll just see how far I can go. The eventual goal is to be able to do a nice steady 1500m.
What stroke?

next tuesday june 26th will be 15 weeks for me since i started this huge change in lifestyle
have been yoyoing 80-84 for the last 4 or so weeks
2 days rest now, chinese lunch yesterday, subway dinner, japanese lunch today, whole lot of nuts and snacks socializing watching Euro 2012: 84.5kg weigh in which i will take with a huuuuge grin on my face

awesome stuff! makes me certain i need to lose 4 more kg. also certifies least i lost is 10kg since i started. good results, consistent streaks in the gym, good treating/cheating for motivation, and MOST IMPORTANTLY i learned many recipes for good dieting all yr long once i reach my goals to maintain

going to go for it until Ramadhan (prolly starts July 28th) and i reckon my realistic goal now is to enter ramadhan weighing 80-81 fresh out of bed. will keep training and dieting as it is since i am getting results. ramadhan regiment still not decided.
biggest test is after ramadhan/Eid holiday and getting back on track but i have been enjoying the past 15 wks and feel like myself
