Well, I didn't do any steroids today Arnold, but thanks for asking.

The Oak still reigns supreme in top physiques ever.

I've switched up to doing 8 sets of 30 pushups daily for 240 total. I think my eventual goal before this thing runs its course is 500/day. Working up to it, I'm not really a high volume guy traditionally.

I used to really love pushups. I think 500 a day is manageable if you aren't doing any pushing exercises in the gym when you go.

That's what I nearly do... I do sets of 30 throughout the day, typically doing 200-300 a day as well. For some reason going to 40 just doesn't feel right to me... 30 is the perfect number at a time.

Hey arnold,

Not too much, just a short 12 mile run.

Outside, in 15 degree weather.

All the best,
Kyle

Went again last night.

Did loads of core strengthening shiz - situps, pressups etc.

Did a 1 mile run on a 2.5% incline at 7kmh. Yeugh!

Did a few basic weights. More about cardio and toning right now.

Feel better about myself, not so lazy. Probably lost 3 pounds this week with the exercise and diet.

If I were you, I would focus on increasing your cardio (30-45 minutes 4 times a week at 125 HR or so) and work on strength training. High reps, good form, lighter weights. The toning will come so long as your diet is in line with your training.

125 hr, are you mad? It's much higher than that!

I will be doing exactly what you mentioned, just easing into it.
