I honestly wanted to go the gym so badly today, but I didn't because I have a straight up tumor-sized pimple on my forehead . It is so incredibly painful to touch too, so I can't wear a hat to cover it up because the hat would put pressure on it. It is so sad that I'm letting this keep me from the gym today.

I tried the beanie too, it also hurts it. Its sensitive to touch.

Back on topic...
I lifted chest again today, mostly because I wasn't sore enough from yesterday's workout.
4 sets of: heavy cable flys, close grip bench press, cable crossovers, diamond pushups
Then I moved on to triceps and biceps, just to shock my system again:
4 sets of: inside hammer curls, reverse tricep pulldowns, tricep extensions, single arm overhead dumbbell presses, concentration curls, preacher curls, and barbell curls.
I also did 5 sets of deadlifts: 225x20, 275x15, 315x10, 365x5, 405x2
Done. Ugh.
