Roger that. Standing press is much harder for me than sitting. Feels like it is bad for my back (form).

Bad form is easily corrected; lower the weight. I always do every single movement at least 10 times with a pvc pipe or broom handle before moving ANY weight, including bench press.

You're probably right and surely are for most exercises. But when doing that press, I feel it in my back (which is not great to start with) before my shoulders. Lowering the weight would push reps beyond what I want to do, and the end of the set has the same problem unless I quit early. So I sit.

Push press is fun because its an athletic + strength move. I'd guess (based on recent progress) that I could overhead press 135 but push press 185. Its fun putting up more than your BW over your head.

Here is a really strong guy doing a push press, FF to 50 seconds.

Wyatt, if that is the case, I would recommend you begin doing planks and a lot of core work; get your core rock solid, and work on your upper body endurance. Pullups, pushups, dips, and planks are something that you can do almost anywhere, and you will find that the combination of those things will help any lift that you actually do.

My elbows hurt from watching that, my goodness.

67mi on the bike today. I feel like crap. I need to bike more.

Slowly getting better at climbing though!

I sleep on an extra firm mattress (the saleslady tried to talk us out of it, lol!) but the floor was in no way good for my low back. I did yoga yesterday to loosen it up and some foam roller work this morning.

Found myself in the bag room at my gym for the first time since I lost all my weight. Haven't practiced my muay thai and wrestling in the longest time! It's so different, there's no weight holding you down so you feel much faster and much more coordinated. I'm supposed to be rolling with my friend sometime soon, the last time we grappled I was ~200 and he was ~140. Now I'm ~155 (getting down to 145) and he's 150. He whooped my ass back then. It's gonna be comical how bad he throws me around but I'm hoping I'm a lot faster and can still give him a match.
