Sick as a dog the last 3 days. Today I was about half/half solid food, but I feel 100% better. Walked 3 blocks to the store even, cause I needed some damn steak and Brussels.

I'm at 155 lbs, that's 10 under my normal weight. Time to eat!

Wild hair tonight.

I ran 8 1/2 miles for some stupid reason. Felt good actually even for my old bones.

Good work Mark! I ran 10km lest week, been 3-4months since I could run last time due to a bad hamstring. Anyhow, I'm back at the gym and feeling strong as fvck!

Slow. I ran home from my gym. 70 minutes. 2 large downhills...killed me. My legs are tired.

Downhill running is the worst...that's the reason why they're considering eliminating that portion from the Ski to Sea race next year. They want to move it to a flatter portion so runners don't pound their knees/shins so much. Slow is still good as long as you keep moving.
