Really didn't want to get up this morning. Forced myself to anyway and I'm glad I did.

Warmup:
200m run
20 squats
10 push ups
10 burpies
20 sit ups
20 double unders

Deadlifts
3x5 60% of max weight
3x3 70% of max weight
3x1 80%+ of max weight

WOD
10 deadlifts
5 kettlebell*
10 tricept squats with club-bell
5 atlas stones

3 sets for beginner/intermediate and 5 for advanced, but was 'forced' to do 4 Finished in just under 20 minutes. Last set felt amazing to crank through.

* The kettlebell exorcise was overhead swings then into squats, and on the way up release the kettbell and catch it upside down, then squat from there and then repeat. Forgot the name of this.

I would say its 50/50. Some of the top CF'er in the country are based out of New England. It's pretty widespread nowadays.

A couple of years ago, I started this

one hundred push ups

Now, in addition to spinning/cycling, I do lots of pushups. I'm almost addicted to them. It's made a huge difference in my arms and chest, and surprisingly, my stomach.

I do about 240 - 300 pushups a night depending on the day. I usually do them in reps of 50 - 60.

This year is the first year I've ever started tracking my diet. I've always eaten whatever I want, whenever I want. I was blessed with a good metabolism, but I'm 40 and it's slowing down.
I got an App "MyFitnessPal" and track my calories now. It's a great app that makes tracking them easy. It also takes all your info and develops a weight loss and/or maintenance plan based on calories. So far, so good. I've dropped 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks, and once I'm down another 7 or so, I'll maintain. I don't need to lose much, but just get to top shape again, then not gain it back.

I did a KB workout today. One hand floor press, one arm high pulls, lawmowers and a bunch of random moves till I got tired, all with a 35 lb kb. Fun change of pace, although I'm looking forward to getting back in a gym soon and moving some real weight.

I started that 100 pushups program while I was out west, as well as the 200 squats, 150 dips, and 200 situps, doing two exorcises a day. Actually worked really well.

Yeah... that's what I'm into. I guess it's similar to Crossfit.
I started doing these things because of my travel and the ability to do them all in a hotel room. Also, if it works for the military, it can work for me.

I got bored last week, so I flipped my 300 lb tire 25 times, then came inside and did 175 push ups in sets of 25. it was awesome, going to do that and add ring dips and jump rope into the mix. Just need to figure out how and where to hang the rings in my garage.
