What app is this? I'm such a tard wearing a GPS watch and never thought of using the iphone.
B, I was thinking my replacement after my back heals up (hurts putting on my pants this morning) will be lower weight, higher rep trap bar DL or higher rep DB from the sides. Anything to eliminate forward lean which is the common denominator in my low back injuries.

Just got back from the gym. I'm officially giving up deadlifts. Regardless of warmup, form or slowly building up they randomly tweak my back. It happened again today, with freakin 185. That's warmup weight, I'm just done with it. Max dead ever 385, max rack pull 550.
