big slacker forget the power lifting
deadlifts at 110lbs x15 reps x5 sets are underrated

Shoulder felt better so I went for a ride. Didnt do my normal loop cause I didn't want to aggravate it.

Looks like a nice short ride! Is that the hill coming down towards Sand Canyon into the roundabout?

What app is this? I'm such a tard wearing a GPS watch and never thought of using the iphone.

B, I was thinking my replacement after my back heals up (hurts putting on my pants this morning) will be lower weight, higher rep trap bar DL or higher rep DB from the sides. Anything to eliminate forward lean which is the common denominator in my low back injuries.

Dude, we're on the same page... I tweak my back HORRIBLE everytime I do them. I've asked trainers about my form because I thought perhaps there was something I was doing incorrectly, but the trainers said my form and lifts are clean - regardless I hurt my back every time. Doesn't matter what weight I do either.... I stay away from them completely.

Yeah, I'm laid up bad. It's painful to walk, vicodin is hooking me up right now. I hate not lifting cause of injuries, can't wait to get back in the gym and on the bike.

Any bluetooth HR monitor or power tap? That'd be the next logical step.

HR is possible option. Not sure about the latter.
