Tuesday, Saturday or Sunday: 40 to 50 minutes cardio and finish out with an ab workout.
Thursday: No workout (I'm busy from 8am to 11 pm), I might do some pushups and go for a brisk 20 minute walk at the end of the night when I get home.
I take either saturday or sunday off depending on work and what I did the night before.

I went from 165ish to 175 pretty steadily, but I've hit a bit of a wall. I'd like to get up to 185-190 within the next month to 6 weeks.

What do you guys recommend?
How is this a workout without any leg exercises? No, elliptical and walking to the gym doesn't count.

Can't get growth without deads and squats! I like deads more, but squats are fun too.

My road rash is getting more manageable. I'm hoping that when I sleep at night, I don't end up waking up at 4am again from rolling onto the effected area. Meeting at 10:30 as well. Another fun day ahead of me.

you release a lot of natural chemicals out of the biggest muscles in your body... your legs.

I love dead lifts... not a huge fan of squats. they have their place for sure!!! I just dont love them.

I'll admit I'm not that big on leg workouts either but I usually have one day a week when I do what you'd call a leg workout. I do quite a bit of running so I don't want to put on to much mass, just enough to boost my explosiveness(is that even a word?!)

Jason, I don't think you should stop sharing your workouts. I think it's up to all the other ones in here and start sharing theirs

Swimming and elliptical are about as much of a leg workout as I can safely handle. I cannot do high-weight leg exercises because of some operations I had on my feet to correct flat-footedness per doctors orders. It's what I have to work with.

eddiecut hooked me up with the Wendler e-book and I am going through it right now. I'm going to try and work my way into some deads and squats. I'll update this thread with my progress in a couple weeks once I get into it.

I try to hit the gym 4-5 times a week. That does not include other activities as running or soccer practice. When I'm at the gym the workout takes around 45-60min tops.

There are a variety of exercises you can do without a high weight load which will build muscle and definition. I would try one leg dead lifts, one leg squats, lunges, box jumps and so on. Lunges you'll probably need to do more reps, but one leg stuff will take a bit to get the hang of for balance. If you'd like I can write a bunch of detailed stuff down and email it to you?
