The focus on his latest buzzer beater against the Sacto Queens was unreal. He is a man on a mission and he will not stop until he has at least 7 championships.

I finally saw LeBron play in person and there is no comparison between him and Kobe. LeBron is simply the greatest pure athelete in all of sports who just so happens to play basketball. LeBron overpowers everyone. He is not particularly graceful, nor is he particularly skilled. He is a freak of nature. I wonder if LeBron's game is going to translate well once his athleticism starts to diminish. I'm sure he will evolve his game as his speed and power start to fade. Kobe has made him self and even better player than he was when he was among the leagues quickest, fastest and highest jumpers by adapting and working harder than everyone else in the NBA, especially in the offseason when it counts the most.

Only time will tell. In the mean time, lets sit back and watch the legend of Kobe grow with each buzzer beater, each amazing shot and each championship.
Bravo my good man Well said.

Yes, right now you cannot compare the two of them. Kobe has been at the top of the game for so long, its getting ridiculous. Kobe is the constant in any comparison for the last decade. Even haters have to admit that, and it kills em

Ask a Kobe hater who has been a constant in comparison for the best in the game for more than the last decade, and only one player is there. That's why he's the best in the game, and thats why he is on is way to be being a top 3-5 player all-time.

Now, as far as these lakers go. Kobe is single handedly keeping them the best team in the NBA. Right now we are definitely missing Artest, especially on the defensive end. We need him to return ASAP, especially with the brutal schedule we have coming up.

Either way, as my Laker hermano so eloquently mentioned... We have Kobe Bean Bryant, aka Black Mamba, aka THE HONEY BADGER. And he will do whatever it takes to keep this team from losing.

GO LAKERS!!!

P.S. I just wanted to point out a play last night in the 4th quarter where Kobe took a heat check 3 and missed. There was a long rebound, and it was a pretty important possession. All you see is kobe running to try and save the rebound from going out of bounds, tries to jump over that little spaniard, and almost breaks his neck. That's just great to see... the guy is injured all over the place and is still throwing his body around.

That game against the Mavs last night was an awesome display of firepower. Its great to see Farmar and Sasha stepping up and making plays like they did in the 2008 playoff run. The more I see of Shannon Brown, the more I like this kid. Not only is he an amazing athelete, but he plays great D, is a legit 3-point threat and most importantly, he take takes care of the rock.

GO LAKERS!!!!

If we can get Sasha back to being a consistent 3 point threat, and farmar and Brown keep playing the way they are... the bench is in good shape. The next 10 games are going to show us Laker fans where this team is at.

Also, were going through some bad injuries right now. Pau just went down, Artest is already down, and Walton (i know, he's good off the bench) is still down. If we can get healthy here, and play well in January we'll be rolling.

One more Key issue is getting Bynum to co-exist with Pau. It seems he lacks focus and effort when Pau is on the floor. If Bynum cannot get over this, and is ineffective starting. I believe Phil will start starting LO at PF with Pau sliding back to the Center position, and Bynum would be backing Pau up.

Either way, it's great having these kind of "problems"

GO LAKERS!!!

Going to the game tonight. I was given a couple of tickets in the Premier section. Wondering if taking my 5 month old is a bad idea.

Well... we lost to the Clippers. I'm really not shocked.

As of late, the Lakers have been hanging on by the stellar play of Kobe, and it was going to catch up with them. All the injuries, etc are starting to take a toll on the team... and it showed last night. Kobe and Bynum had off games, and Tijuana Clippers are playing good ball as of late.

Lets see if we can bounce back friday night in Portland.

Go Lakers!

Wow... Kobe is struggling. This is probably the worst I have seen Kobe Bean play, ever. His finger must be really hurting him. I'd like to see him get rest, cause watching him play like this is ugly.

^I'm on the road and don't have the game where I am staying. I really wish I could bring my DirecTV NBA League Pass with me Last I heard was Kobe was 2-18 in this game....OUCH!!!! The Bean/Mamba can be 2-18, then confidently hit the game winner as if he was never having a rough night

I'm glad they are slumping now as opposed to later in the season.

Yup, I agree. But I wouldn't mind Kobe resting that finger... its the only way the fracture is going to heal. But you cant stop the Honey Badger.... he's relentless

Lets see what our boys are made of on this texas two-step coming up next.
