Man, I wish I could see the games here... I have to watch SportsCenter or check online because they are always late games and never get into the paper.

I'm currently stuck at OAK delayed until 5pst. I was supposed to be in vegas in time to lay down a nice fat bet on the Lakers against Lecrabdribble and the big snaq tonight. Game starts at 5pst so no love for me

An hour till tip-off, getting pumped up.

After the effort they gave on Xmas day, I expect our boys to come firing and going for the jugular. We really need to get this road trip started on a high note.

GO LAKERS!

P.S. I'm scared the fix is in... Stern needs his golden boy to win this so he can win the MVP. Let's hope the refs let em play.

Well... That was quite the game.

Not only did we play like ass (Bynum, Gasol both got owned by a 37 year old tub o' lard). But there were some very questionable calls throughout the game, especially in the end on LeRef's missed ft. But oh well, on to NY.

Its amazing how hard Lebron tried to loose the game for the cavs in the final 2 1/2 minutes... It looked like he might actually be turning into somewhat of an intelligent game manager at the end of the game, until he thinks he's playing NBA live and starts shooting flat footed 3's....The guy will never be a true "closer", sure he may hit some shots here and there, but up by 7 with less than 3 minutes you play ball control and take easy shots!

Still no way the Cavs beat the lakers in 7...

I agree. The boy can play, there is no doubting that... but I think he has some maturing to do. Especially at the end when he was Rapping on the court to the Eminiem that was playing in the background, and dancing.

A full strength Orlando or Boston will probably knock them out of the playoffs anyways, unless Stern has anything to say about it.

But yes, in a 7 games series.. I take the Lakers and all the championship experience.

Go Lakers!

Well Laker Fans... this team is officially in a slump.

That Toronto game was annoying to watch. Because its been a long since Ive see Kobe ball-up like he did. His back and finger both seemed to stop giving him fits, and it showed. The only problem was our perimeter defense, mainly whoever was checking Jack, was being destroyed. I think its safe to say that we need a an upgrade at the PG spot... its pains me to say that, since I love fisher so much. But he gets burned over and over, which in turns makes our bigs get into foul trouble instantaneously.

Anyways, I think we will be fine in the long run... but there are some things that need to be addressed.

Oh yeah, and the refs were horrible in the toronto game. I hate NBA refs with a passion, bunch of no-good crooks.

GO LAKERS!

Laker fans, rejoice! Seems as though Kobe is playing the brand of ball we've all been looking for. And it also seems like his finger and more importantly his back are feeling much better.

Case in point. The toronto game, even though we lost he was throwing down on fools like it was 2001. The games following he has put together close to triple doubles on very efficient shooting percentages.

Onto Phili next... Go Lakers!

Great win. Its great to see Bynum play with confidence, especially against a bruiser like Perkins.
