Day 2 of Crossfit... Totally humbling workout, makes you realize just how much coordination most people lack throughout the entire body and especially core.
400 Meter Warm up run
AMRAP in 20 mins of:
10 Sumo Deadlift High pulls (#75/55)
10 Hang Power Snatch
10 KTE
I had a miserable time getting the Hang Power Snatch done correctly, it was frustrating as all hell, but still broke an amazing sweat and feel great.. Will be back @ it tomorrow at 7:30am
