There is a lot to kb's actually. Kb swings, kb deadlift highpulls, etc. Google around and check out the various exercises that are offered for them. KB=Russian Olympic dominance in years past...

Did 5 sets of these today:

Row 500 meters, then dead lift 225 10x.

3 hours later, I did a quad of 400 meter sprints at a 1:20 pace. Legs are feeling great right now.

I ran 400's in track during middle school. It's such a killer race.

I think the 400 is a fun distance for me. I run my 1st 400 every time in 1:22 (over here, our 400 is actually about 450) and then I cut it down to about 1:05 by the 4th 400.

Day 2 of Crossfit... Totally humbling workout, makes you realize just how much coordination most people lack throughout the entire body and especially core.

400 Meter Warm up run
AMRAP in 20 mins of:
10 Sumo Deadlift High pulls (#75/55)
10 Hang Power Snatch
10 KTE

I had a miserable time getting the Hang Power Snatch done correctly, it was frustrating as all hell, but still broke an amazing sweat and feel great.. Will be back @ it tomorrow at 7:30am
