gyms like that are often more or less fitness temples to meet at for a chat, showing off your latest gym fashion and your great tan and,...between the chats and smiles actually trying out one of the sparkling high tech machines

Then you can have a few slices of pizza while you are there..

Gym serving free pizza is it a "wtf" or a great business strategy?

Do you guys have any alternatives to T-bar rows that can be done with dumbells?

My building has a great gym, but they got rid of the bar and bench because some one recently tipped themselves into the walled mirrors while dead lifting with wrist straps.

took time off from the gym and my diet since last Thursday May 31st.
was not the plan as i got sick but i did plan and in fact ate out, ate at home leisurely, and snacked more than what is permitted even in off-season.. EXTREMELY happy to get 84.3kg on the scale just now! practically only 2kg over what i was on thursday! this is perfect as it tells me i just need to tough it out 4-5 more weeks to break into the 78-79s and i can be able to maintain with carefully treating myself until Ramadhan comes

thinking i might take off today/wed/thu off as well to complete a whole week of rest; but over those 3 days until friday i eat right and try to get back to 82.0kg fresh out of bed before the final going-nuts to ooze out those 4-5kg

i did not have dessert after any of my meals, and actually whatever "sweets" i had were mid-day and controlled portions.. makes ALL the difference really if you dont tip the balance of the meal. ALWAYS SKIP DESSERT!!!
not much fat-dense food either, but a lot of carbs (bread, rice etc) and a lot of calories

keep rocking guys

How come you are so set on the 78-79kg number? Just curious to see what's so special about it?

psychologically mostly and to give myself a 3-4kg buffer if i have weeks like this one where life/work/sickness take over.
it is a goal i set for myself because it was the best weight for me when i was a bachelor so it would be nice just to achieve it for that reason
