I don't have the full P90X video series, but i've been rotating the ab ripper x, biceps and Back, and chest and triceps video's. I'm really liking them.

I'm overweight too according to BMI and similar charts. The funny thing is this, I am 6'3" and weigh around 235 (which would be a perfect weight if I were working out hardcore), but when I weighed 205 in the Marines, everyone told me I needed to GAIN weight. Weird.

Stability circuit today, one leg dead lifts with 25lbs plate on an upside down bosu, pistol squats on the the TRX w/ row, blah blah

Ended with a 10 rep to 1 rep pyramid: Neutral grip dead hang pull ups, push ups, 30lbs kettle swings. 30 sec rest in between... For the 1 to 10 rep back up, did horizontal pull ups on the TRX, TRX push ups, then kettle. Wasn't bad at all, which surprised me. I expected to die.
Quit being a bish. Use a 53lb KB.

Posterior work today. Warmup with the fake concept ii, Then seated machine rows (not cable), cable raises, lat pulldown and hamstring machine curls. Not really feeling it today, but I did aight. ODB and static x helped out with some motivation.

Diet is on point, today is my second day without caffeine as well. I want to get off that rollercoaster. Yesterday was day 1, I had a low level headache for the last half of the day and went to bed exhausted at 9pm. Today no headache so far but as mentioned I'm a little off workout wise.

Too late for an edit, but here is my PWO meal, Quinoa, black beans, sauteed kale and organic marinara sauce. 30/90 protein/carbs, pretty much perfect.

I initially read that as you saying "use a 53kg" and I thought to myself "that's more than you weigh!"

Could easily, but I don't bother with KBs much. They don't really do it for me. The only thing I use them for consistently is to do sets of single arm clean shoulder presses standing on two balance discs with a 40lb kb.
