You should reconsider your approach to stretching. It helps a lot, regardless of your goals.

Also, nice new avatar.

Knocked out 345lb deadlifts x4. 315x5 then 2 sets of 275 x 7. Just need to break into the 375 territory... I know SoCal, I know!!

Did 325 x 6 last night, 2nd month back on deadlifts, it is obvious today. Love everyone at the gym stare at you when doing them. We have a whole bunch of guys that work arms way to much. You know it was a good deadlift day when you have bloody shins when leaving the gym!

I agree.... It's not about mass it's about longevity and usefull ess of your body

I'm stretching, just not every time. Maybe after one out of three workouts or soo. Its just so boooooooooooooooring!!

stretching at the right time helps a lot for regeneration as well,..plus it keeps the muscles from shortening too fast and building disbalances.
There`s a reason why a lot of Pro BB get deep tissue massages as well

Have a trainer help you stretch. Sometimes you don't really know how to do it right.

I'm bad about stretching, now I HAVE to do it all the time just to keep normal. Trust me, you want to remember to stretch.
