but if you have a BMI of an obese person while being somewhat lean,boxing alone beats the shit out of you

What is this "assault" thing you guys keep talking about? Sounds deadly especially with 3 scoops.

CrossFit was trash tonight. Didn't even break a sweat. There were like 25 people there, box was over crowded. The workout (which can't even be called that) was so light it wasn't even half a normal session. Time to do my own little session of the basics tonight just to get some.

Kurt Kinetic. I looked for a while and it is the best by far. If you look on ebay you can find good deals on them. I picked up a combo pack that included a computer and front wheel stand for $400.

I am currently training for a half-ironman and am using it to get me through the winter.

kinda bummed, my glucose levels are high, cholesterol is high, everything is high... Not happy.

funny it was the opposite at Xfit tonight. Really kicked my arse.

12 minutes as many reps as possible of this:

30 double unders
20 plate walking lunches (35 lbs)
10 toes to bars

I barely managed 8 rounds. Most others managed 3-4 rounds. I'm going to feel this one tomorrow.

Which xfit places do you go to Jason? I noticed there are a bunch in Bellevue.
