Right, but its an entirely different exercise. Like the difference between say an overhead press and a push press. I can maybe OHP 125, push press using body english I can put up over my bodyweight even though the movement is similar.

CF tends to focus on keeping moving so the kipping pullup feeds right into that.

My workout today is loading a 3 bedroom house into a moving truck. Then I'm Vegas bound!
