Doing the eating part, but still sticking only with crossfit. Tried to switch to xfit plus gym but was difficult to schedule it in with the course load. Hopefully after this summer I'll be able to do both and get a solid routine going over a solid 9-10 months to put on 10-15lbs.
As of yesterday I'm 6'2" and 163lbs.

@cstroked I know CrossFit isn't going to help me put on lbs, but its better to put a couple on and maintain where I am while still staying in good shape. Like I mentioned, it's the best option right now with my schedule.
@big_slacker I doubt it would take that long. I kind of combined two statements. One being I'll have time to hit the gym and focus on a regiment aimed towards some weight gain. The second being I'll have 9-10months straight, instead of how things have been due to internships and traveling, interrupting a steady routine. After April I'll basically be down to anything exprcises I can do with bodyweight and the food will be out of my control for the most part until maybe mid August.
As for now I'm doing two proteins shakes a day. Most days solid breakfast few eggs, ham, etc brunch/lunch chicken. Dinner around 3 pasta, chicken, rice, similar and dinner at like 730-8 with steak, seafood, and veggies, pasta or rice. I've gone through a lot of brown rice over the past few months, my new addiction. Probably have 3/5 steaks a week. Some days I can't do all f that, ie. tonight with class from 7-10pm but I try to work around it as much as I can.

I have a hard time being steady with my meals and my workout routine with class sometimes as well but if you want to gain weight it's just that simple: eat well, eat a lot, protein shakes after workouts (I rarely take protein shakes on off days). If you want to put on some weight fast do some LEGS, best way to get up there. I had a bad habit of neglecting my legs in the past but since I started training again a bit more than a month ago I actually look forward to doing legs at the gym every week. You just feel better walking around with stronger legs too.

unfortunately i am in such a bad mood still from shitty traffic going to and coming back from picking up my car to enjoy breaking the 86s.. i'll be happy later
btw my new word is: "fooding"
because it is not "dieting" for sure coz i finally found stuff that can work for a lifetime, yet it's obviously not "eating" because of the lack in taste

Judging by your meals you probably are already getting a decent amt of protein. For what it's worth (I'm sure you may be aware) an easy thing I try to do is match protein intake to ideal weight. For example, if you want to be 185lbs, take in 185g protein/day.

Weigh in today for the company annual health screening, 181. Also did a blood draw so we'll see what general health looks like at this weight/BF level.
The nurse looked at me like I was crazy when I told her I was 165 6 weeks ago.
On a not so fun note, my slacks are getting tight. Inevitable fat gain when doing it this quickly. That's fine, but I'm actually looking forward to the scale reading 185 so I can cut some of the fat.
