Agreed. I may have been lean but I certainly wasn't in shape by any stretch of the imagination. I feel better each day though.

second day in a row to run 5km in 25mins, would love to accomplish the same tomorrow before the week starts (sunday) since i am planning to be at the gym ~9am (work starts at 12) and i need to find a new program
have not and will try not to weigh in until i feel like i am 83kg again. need to mind what i eat when i go out and stop philosophizing about how short life is and what's worth it and what isn't lol

This past Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday was Arms, Legs+Shoulders, and Light Chest (respectively). This evening I have light arms to do.
So basically my weekly schedule is:
Mon-back and chest
Tues-Arms
Wed-legs+shoulders
Thurs-light chest
Fri-light arms
Sat-rest
Sun-rest
On my light days I focus a lot on the stretch of the muscle with a very light weight. I just have to make sure I am getting enough food, sleep and take my suppies. I will also do Abs 3 days and week and cardio 3 days a week. I bump up the cardio when I start to cut.

^^Just get in the groove Bo. Once you force yourself to start going 3 times a week it soon becomes routine and you will actually miss it. Presumably putting enough pressure on yourself to go again each time.

Make sure you have some good tunes to listen to while you're working out, Bo. It makes a big different to me at least!
So I am pretty sure that one of my legs is longer than the other. I have always noticed a slight pain/irritation on the absolute lowest part of the right side of my back (basically the top of my ass). It gets pretty bad when I either:
-Sit in a awkward position for a long time
-Go heavy on stiff-leg DL's
-Standing calf raises; it feels like one side is taking all the weight and crushing my obliques
Lately I have found it quite easy for myself to pull my right side oblique muscle (so freakin painful for about 2-3 days) AND not only do I just get back pain but also a really annoying nerve sensation running down the side of my right leg. Does anyone here have any experience using a chiropractor for any back problems?
Of course everything seems to pretty much go away when I do nothing for a week but that is not a possibility for me.
