Boursachi, that is what she and I have discussed. Either after we buy a house or have a child... And I want the black dial Daytona.

 

There shouldn't be any other face, black face = awesome sauce.

 

The daytona still has a long waiting list wherever you go, A friend told me its 5 years for the SS daytona in london.

 

Don't get all the love for the daytona, but I'm not a bracelet fan. If so I would get an AP RO.

 

Daytona is a must have piece along with a Royal Oak Audemars.

 

Idk - if I had this I would never put on a rolex....

Raiff, very sensible unfortunately housing here is crazy, you need at least $1.1mil to leave in a decent place and that is for an already built house, if you want to build from the ground, then you're looking at $1.1mil just for the land i am however talking about 500m sq

Mohammad, fvck ADs they are readily available in the grey market brand new. not sure what the dollar was worth but i paid 2850 for mine ($10,326 at 0.276 conversion)) which was brand new

Kevin, the daytona will grow on you once you wear it.
i admit i was a bit underwhelmed the first few weeks when i got it, but then an incident with my nephew who dropped the watch from a table shattering the crystal made me miss the watch terribly the 2 weeks or so it spent at the dealer's

the RO you posted up is sweet, but it will take one of these 2 (with a strap, conversion kit) to make me switch from one of the rolexes
