Sweet ride!
I haven't been on the bike as much lately cause I've been so busy, but I did do a quick 47 miler on Friday. Doesn't look like I'll have much time to ride it this week...hopefully though. My bike is just sitting there right now.

Man I wish I had one of those Altitude deals. My last Mtn Bike ride was 22 miles round trip with over 3000 vertical gained. Obviously the same dropped ![Smile](https://teamspeed.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I find it funny your device Slacker is always 4ft different from start to finish.
Do you start your altimeter on your deck or something then turn the computer off before getting back up on the deck? Why is that?

Do you have an iphone? The app is "logyourride" and is like a buck or two. Doesn't really suck down battery like some do either.
I have no idea why the total is always 4 feet off. I almost always start/stop at exactly the same spot, right behind the trunk of my car.
22 miles and 3k feet is a solid ride. I wish we had some rides here that were more gradual climbs like that. Tahoe is always a ball buster on the way up (last one before this was 1600+ in the first 5 miles and total 2200. Ugh.

Baldy Mtn Trail is more like 3200ft in 5.5 miles. I can't ride it all but some guys in the Valley can do it Single Speed WTF the whole way up...The Valley is full of a bunch of pro's and ex-pro's so they have legs for days.

Universal Animal Flex at Bodybuilding.com
BEST supplement i have ever bought, all those little ache's and pains you get seem to disappear, i don't have any rotator cuff issues that are noticeable under heavy loads. it is like 8 pills but def. worth picking up for your joints.
