Cheat day. More and more it's becoming just a regular day with a few treats. I can't really stomach the all out junk fest. I had a couple of choco tacos after breakfast. Probably do some PWO pasta/meatballs and I've got a couple guinness in the fridge.

I stood around the bench for an hour, did 3 sets while staring at myself in the mirror, just like every other bro. I hear that + curls is the best work out program!

that`s no cheat day Mister

that`s just some planned slacking and back to normal average Joe eating

do you have any buffet restaurants in your area?
That`s where cheating starts

With the stairmaster I've shredded down 7lbs in 2 weeks. This is coupled w/ morning ab workouts. Can't believe the results, and I'm betting after a couple months of this, the finished product will be amazing. Dieting better than I ever have as well. Seems like late 20's/early 30's is when men are at their physical peak. At least that's how I feel right now.

did my 3rd 5km run in 30 mins at 10kmh pace yesterday (saturday)
feels good, used to do 5km in 25mins at 12kmh pace but usually suffer from ankles being stiff in less than a week .. so why mess with a good thing? might actually opt for 8kmh pace and go for 45mins to 60mins at this point point isn't fitness training per se

anyway lowest i got on weight is 83.5kg post workout, happy and proud but of course social life -although 100% "clean" without treats- means that i eat chicken/meat from outside and that translates to tons of sodium i am sure along with the fats going up, so the yo-yoing is expected

aiming for 82.x by this tuesday (9 weeks)
if next 3 days' scheds open up and i manage to put in a full 2hr workout between weights, abs, and cardio including stairmaster then i am sure this is achievable (and beyond?)

getting a bit greedy now wanting to drop the weight on scale although i see improvement in the mirror, you all know how it is i'm sure when you don't believe one thing and want the scale to "show" something that could actually show you're hurting and losing some of the mass

track addict, how do you set up the stairmaster?

I live and die by the stairmill

I usually do fat burning setting, and level 13-15 depending on how I'm feeling, for 25-35 minutes.

Had a great workout today. Switched up my routine today and did all body weight exercises.

I maxed out and went to exhaustion on each exercise.

Wide grip pulls ups
Push Ups
Hanging Leg Raises
Squats
BTN pull ups...

Repeat the cycle... til I could only do 1 rep per set.
