Can't say I blame you. I am not wild about them at all hahaha. I usually do them with a trx or a big rubber band and I stand on the bosu.

I f'd up a plica band or five in my left knee not long ago, and it made pistols and anything one leg absolutely miserable.

good full circle from friday to friday. 3 days rest in the week (last sat + wed/thu), 4 days in gym. pwo today 84.x which is great considering 2 days rest prior and the food consumption (healthy just not strict)

posted about last week's friday's binging on burgers and pringles & peanuts, also ate on sat, and went all out on lebanese grilled meat and chicken on wednesday (10.30pm) with friends. have to be careful from the social gatherings when all defenses come crumbling down!
very happy with the 6th week which basically proved to me that if i wish to "maintain" once i hit my goals, i can pretty much cheat twice a week (in terms of carbs and meat fats, not sugars and junk of course)

will be awesome if i can finish this 7th week (this tuesday) by anything less than 83.5 pwo. would be really good pace, but at this point i'm still motivated as the 1st day i started which is saying loads in itself. fit my 31" baggy jeans well and enjoying the time in the gym.
however it's finally getting to me and my body is in a catabolic state right now so i'll have to give up some mass and fullness for the sake of weight loss and a tighter core. don't mind working up the mass from 75kg though

that is one problem and challenge i would LOVE to have
thanks everyone for the continued updates, really motivating stuff in here well done guys

The crazy part is that I've signed up for several other shorter races leading up to the big race.

A few races I've signed up for over the next few months:

-Color Run 5k (you wear all white and people/volunteers throw color paint at you)
-Ski 2 Sea (98 mile 7 event relay race (XC ski, downhill ski, running, road bicycling, 2 man canoe, mountain bicycling and ocean kayaking. I'm doing this for the 2nd time)
-Survivor Mud Run 5k
-Torchlight 8k
-Warrior Run 5k
-Zombie Run 8k
-Tough Mudder
-Seattle Half Marathon

A hell of a lot of races for me! I just hope I survive all of them!

I won't forget! On a side note..I happened to snap a shot of my Crossfit "Amped" gym from the air on a recent helicopter ride. They're located in an old Cadillac dealership.
