I see this guy at the gym every time I am in there... he always has his vibram five fingers, and his hoodie on over his head, always walking around with his chest all puffed out... paints a good picture right?
so I ask him... what program do you use?

so after a couple of weeks back to the gym, i lost 4 lbs from 222 lbs to 218, hopefully will reach 200 in a month
target weight is 90Kg = 182 lbs
i'm a Short guy though 175Cm = 5.8'
