Choke talked about excuses earlier, and I just wanted to visually add to that. Plus get this thread back on the front page. Here is a work week's road food. I'm staying in a suite with a stove, but I'm so used to buying the microwave version I don't want to mess with success. In addition I always pack protein powder, oatmeal, multivitamins and some walnuts with me.

All that stuff gets thrown together to make one big dish that I eat throughout the day. Note that if it doesn't seem like a lot I also eat business lunches a few times as well as at least one steakhouse meal during the week.

This will sound pretty lame compared to you guys' actual workouts, but I did notice a significant difference in how many exercises I could do before collapsing like the sack of potatoes I am.
Went from 10-15 abs at a time to 30-50.
Pushups from 10 to 30
Pullups from literally 0 (could barely lift myself without muscle pain ... and I'm only 155lbs) to 10-12.
Alternate these and doing 3 or 5x overall ... can't say I've noticed any appearance improvements, but I managed to get it in my routine and it's not a chore. Do it every day, miss a day or week or so.
Still walk 4-6mi a day as well.
Eat like a pig, though.

Keep in mind my only goal with this is to handle the bikes with more ease. I'm still rebuilding the dirtbike, should take it out in a couple weeks ... we'll see then if it made a real world difference or not.

I'll be 84 in the spring ...

28. Shut up, I have literally never worked out in my life. . Used to be active enough with motorsports that it wasn't bad, but work got in the way and I find myself because a wuss with useless muscles. Gotta do something, can't be worse than chomping on chips.
