Alright, I'll start sharing my Xfit routines again the next time I go in. The last one I did was one of the most brutal ever.

"I am every woman!" named in honor of Whitney Houston believe it or not.

3 Rounds for Reps of:

1 minute of Row for Calories
1 minute of Hang Power Cleans 65/95
1 minute of Kettlebell Swings 35/53
Rest 1 minute

I barely managed to get 155 rounds for this one. My partner went first and got 144 rounds. I thought to myself, it didn't look so tough, but I guess I was just fooling myself thinking that.

We counted reps using calories on the rowing machine, then how many reps on the hang power cleans and KB swings. Hope that clears things up.

On the subject of stretching and prehab, I have a foam roller I use daily and do some yoga for flexibility.

today is bench day.... going to work the chest a little more in the bodybuilding fashion, and stick with my main accessory lifts in the tricepts and lats.

goal for today.... 245 x 10 for my 5th set

Have you ever done regular yoga? My flexibility could use some work. I would feel teh ghey but I do have some friends who have done it and know a few football players who have... They say it works which has me curious about it.

I did yoga for two years in college. Even got laid from being in the class.
