I try and limit my carb intake. would rather eat a cheat meal on a day where I am going to get some conditioning in.

what protein shakes do you guys use? I have just bought cheaper GNC stuff for the last year or so and well... I am tired of how bad it mixes.

I've really gotten away from protein drinks lately, but my all time fav for post workout is biotest surge raspberry. ****in' tasty. Their marketing is out of control and it's overpriced. But it's so damn good.

Who needs protein shakes, just eat some Greek yogurt! Stuff is amazing and packed with protein and low on carbs and calories... By far my favorite meal of the day... GY and some Granola!

I've started to implement stretching routines both before and after working out as well as yoga. I picked up a few things to help with the stretching exercises. My favorite is "The Stick."

You will not believe how well this thing works in getting rid of the knots in your muscles. I also picked up a few foam cores as well. What are your thoughts about this, guys?
I know I should stretch more but I just think it is so boring that when it's time for it at the gym I stretch for 4,7sec and then give it up and go home :/

I usually had Sundays as my "eat whatever you want"-day. But that ended up with McDonalds for breakfast, thai for lunch and a pizza in the evening. To say it got out of hand would be an understatement so now I try to eat healthy 7 days a week.

No shakes or supplements whatsoever. I try to get all the necessary building blocks my body needs from my normal meals. (I don't doubt that supplements could make me stronger/faster/bigger but it's just not for me.)
