My best friend has triplets that are my Godchildren and has tried Crossfit a few times including once with me but he decided to take matters into his own hand in coming up with his own "WOD" with the kiddies!
Check out his version of a proper WOD!

That's hilarious! I only have one (similar movement capabilities) and also do "workouts" with him. I like the overhead baby toss/catch for reps. It's like a 25 lb medicine ball but technique matters more.

Inspired by you CFer's I did a KB CF WoD style workout just now. A little bored with the spin bike intervals I warmed up with 2, 5 minute shadowboxing rounds. 1 minute rest, then I launched in to:
Get the 35 lb KB overhead 200 times or 10 minutes, whichever comes first. I figured the best way to do this was with a 2 hand snatch.
Got to 130 in 10 minutes, mostly due to arm pump. I'm generally a power/explosive lifter and high reps like that really burn out a system that is used to max effort. Fun anyway, I had to lay down after.
Finished up with some core work, I'm ready to tackle the day now.

Tried XC-Skiing today for the first time. One of the hardest cardio workouts I've ever done! Now that I've tried several cardio activities, my ranking for difficulty would be (1 = hardest, 6 = easiest):
1. Boxing
2. Swimming
3. XC-Skiing
4. Running
5. Rowing
6. Biking
Not looking forward to an upcoming sore week.

^^ I've only tried boxing once @ the gym. Just try continuously boxing for only 1 min (on a boxing bag) and you'll feel like you can't move another arm. It's incredible watching those heavywieght boxers last 10+ rounds.
