Yeah, isn't there a connection between allergy medications (pills/inhalers) and better work-outs/more stamina/endurance?
Maybe I'm wrong... thought allergy medication was restricted in the Olympics?

I like New Balance for running shoes. They have a store on the Macy's Home side of the South Coast Plaza where you can get analyzed for your running style and fitted.

Maybe you mean the pseudoephedrine based ones? They're prescription now because people make meth with 'em.

Are these more for trail or street type running? I can't imagine myself on trails very often (it's hard enough to get me to run as is) although I guess I wouldn't rule them out. I'm guessing, because of the whole Vibram thing, they try to simulate running barefoot? Or is that just the Vibram shoes themselves?
Sweet! I'll definitely have to check that out sometime then, does it cost anything to get analyzed? (I imagine I'd be obligated to buy, but that's really not a problem if the shoe is great.)

My sister just opened a running store and they do this type of analysis on a treadmill with a HD video camera, it is free and you are not expected to buy. They should put you in a neutral pair of shoes to see how you run and then recommend a pair of shoes that will adjust any possible problem you have with your step and then put you back on the treadmill. It is really cool to see how you run in slow motion. I prefer Asics Cumulus shoes.

Not prescription but in most states require a photo ID and you can only purchase so much in a given period of time. Definitely a hell of a stimulant
