Mark, curious...are you on a special diet along with your workouts? Reason why I ask is because I also struggle with the eating part...I love to eat so that doesn't help with losing weight. I've no issue with motivation in working out however.

IMO one thing I always say to people is dont reinvent your diet just revise.

The more you change and its a "diet" the less likely you are to stick to it.

try things such as this:
smaller complex carb portions (potato pumkin ect)
change out rice for brown rice and pasta for wholegrain pasta
change your peas and beans for broccolini and spinach
bread for a wrap
coke for coke zero or even better water
instead of snacking on a bag of chips or someother easy to eat junk food I have a bag of macadamias at my desk sure they're not as good as almonds for you but the fats are still unsaturated and I prefer them a hell of alot more to almonds plus they're still better than a bag of potato chips
instead of tea or coffee with sugar use stevia or drink black tea (preferably green or white herbal tea)

this small things and modfications can amount to a couple hundred calories easily per day and alot easier for your body to process resulting in small loss's each week just from diet and without starving yourself or eating foods you dont like.

obviously the next step is smaller meals. you will find foods I mentioned above if you start eating them you will feel hungry after 2-3 hours like you should due to your body processing them easier this is where some rice snacks and/or macadmias or almonds come in have a hand full and your ok till your next main meal

hope this helps...sorry I babbled on a bit

Oh one last thing dried herbs and rubs are freebies as far as calories go, change out some nice herbs and dry rubs or dried herbs on your meat instead of a sauce

Regards,

Mitch

I change no eating. Just eat less.

I'm not on a diet anymore. Just trouble these days working out. I'm tired lately.

Try not eating any carbs within 2 hours of training then 30 minute before eta an orange and have some ZMA supps to help.

for those of you unsure what SMA is its a mixture of sinc, magnesium and vitamin b6. It can really help with energy levels as iron plays a big part and in the Us something around 60% of people dont get enough!

I suggest not going to a fancy bottled version thats way over priced and diluted but a health food store or online such as... Buy ZMA Fuel on Bulk Discount - ZMA Fuel by Twinlab 90 caps or where I buy mine from ZMA POWDER - 100G
