Throw in stop and go traffic and as you said the horribly placed mirrors and its deffently not the car you drive to the coffee shop like a tool like ferrari owners do for attention, its actually ment to be driven on the fun roads Lil tip for the mirrors that are right at face level, peak above or below before EVER turning into an intersection. Great placement for racing, horrible for the street.

CGT is for real men, ferraris are for pansises that cant drive unless it has paddles and crave comfort, cup holders and attention.
I guess I'm a pansy and will have to inform my wife. That last sentence is so fricking off base I have truly nothing else to say.

This times 5000

I'm sorry Rant on.

I got 2 posts into your I can't believe I have a CGT thread and 1 page into this and read possibly one of the most a$$hole things I've ever read in my life.

If you refer to yourself as poor again on a public forum I think we have a public hanging. Give me a fricking break....Poor Look at my 458, Poor look at my gt2 and my 930 and my cgt.

I'm sorry man but not only is the Ferrari hype getting old. This has run it's course...

Neg rep me TS if needed and mods ban me I guess I'm an old guy that's tired this morning. So DJ if you are going to Ban me send an email maybe I need a chill pill who knows.

Rant off

BTW my wife can drive our CGT through traffic while doing her makeup so possibly you should sell one of your cars and buy driving lessons.

Totally agree with h20. This car wasn't made for rush hour in mind. If you want that a Corolla would hold you over.

x1000000

I almost chocked when I read how "poor" you are. I liked reading a different take on CGT, but goddamn, you are not poor by any stretch of imagination so stop it.

Whats next, h20 and Mike S will post how poor they are after buying a new car? lol

I'm not annoyed by someone not liking a particular car, I'm annoyed by someone not getting the fact that there are different strokes for different folks.

Had our buddy come up and said "CGT is too demanding, I don't like that" it would've been fine.
Instead we get a whiny rant on why Porsche didn't build the car to his liking.

BTW, that's what test drives are for.

isn't this the dirty secret among *all* high performance cars?

w/ my 1st 700hp on/off clutch in the 996tt, i hated driving the car - it stalled everywhere - it was near-impossible to modulate. it was not fun. fortunately, sharkwerks found a great solution & now the car is fun to drive again.

once you get past a certain limit, you have to accept cars will be very difficult to drive - do the pros outweigh the cons?

- chuck
