Okay serious question: How do you get the CGT going without stalling? If you give the engine some revs and let off the clutch, how many revs do you need to be at so you don't spin the tires, or so you don't stall? I've heard around 3-4k?

I've heard of people using "autothrottle", what is that?

I'm sorry Rant on.

I got 2 posts into your I can't believe I have a CGT thread and 1 page into this and read possibly one of the most a$$hole things I've ever read in my life.

If you refer to yourself as poor again on a public forum I think we have a public hanging. Give me a fricking break....Poor Look at my 458, Poor look at my gt2 and my 930 and my cgt.

I'm sorry man but not only is the Ferrari hype getting old. This has run it's course...

Neg rep me TS if needed and mods ban me I guess I'm an old guy that's tired this morning. So DJ if you are going to Ban me send an email maybe I need a chill pill who knows.

Rant off

BTW my wife can drive our CGT through traffic while doing her makeup so possibly you should sell one of your cars and buy driving lessons.
H2O FTW! I love this post.

If he's poor, what does that make me? I might as well not exist.

Practicing for Forza 3, or are you planning to dream of a CGT tonight instead of the usual I-8 991? No revs is the consensus off the line method.

This is the best way to burn the clutch!

autothrottle: The ECU will slightly rev up the engine without you touching the throttle.

No throttle, clutch out then throttle or you stall.

Unintentional or not, calling yourself "poor" on multiple occasions is somewhat offensive to those of us who would be thrilled to have just one of the cars you so unfortunately had to wait to buy, or buy used.

This isn't intended to start anything either, so I hope you don't take it that way. I appreciate your honest review of the car and I'm happy you own a dream car, but I was just agreeing with h2o...quit with the "poor" crap. It's bs and we honestly don't care. But I hope you enjoy the car and find it easier and more enjoyable to drive the more you drive it.
