Shop foreman.

Found out today that the shocks weren't ordered from where we found them in stock. Parts guy instead ordered from the Montreal Lambo dealer which was responsible for the 10 week delay in part. Body shop director cancelled that order and ordered elsewhere.

I heard the left front had a bad balljoint so they'll be replacing the entire upper control arm. Body shop director also decided to replace the 2 rear floor panels instead of repairing. All these bits ordered today. With any luck they can be found and delivered when the car gets back from paint.

New airbag and airbag sensor installed today. The sensor required removing the center console. Guess it's in there to be centrally located (accelerometer).

I wouldn't consider that management, maybe aspiring management. I don't think he's douchey enough to get promoted there.
