Clutch problem

I m having a problem about the range my clutch have it is a very short range and the pedal is too high what do i do? The clutch model is spec stage 3+

What's the car? What's the clutch manufacturer or part number?

I have a 09 porsche 997turbo manual, and installed a clutch of brand spec stage 3 + and I'm less than 1 cm to control. and the pedal is too loud

Did you change the flywheel to match the clutch?

I bought this was SPEC Clutch Stage 3+ - Porsche 997 2007-2009 3.6L turbo SPEC Clutch SP843F
the steering wheel was not changed

and thanks for the help

No problem. Is the car modified otherwise? If so, how and how much power?

I meant the flywheel, it looks like this:


Edit: Also, did you get a sprung or unsprung disc?
