We have great prices on H&R Sport Springs and the Short Shift Kit. For more information Click Here. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

The H&R sport springs are great, I highly recommend them.

I would strongly advise against a short shifter, you'll have much better luck with a GT3 shifter. It's the same thing as what you have, but with metal bushings instead of plastic. 99.999% of short shifters won't fully engage the detents and you'll have to rebuild the tranny in a couple of years.

The GT3 shifter part number is: 986.424.010.03

The short shifter was an option for the 2004 Turbo, so it shouldn't have any problem fully engaging, I haven't heard of them not.

We also have the the 997.2 GT3 Short Shifter that uses the metal shift bushings if you wanted to go that route instead.
