Anyone here planning to buy a Lexus LFA???

the reason no one has stepped up is because probably no one wants to buy one. If you're gonna spend 300k on a car, why not buy something worth it, instead of an over priced Toyota?

Yes a Toyota with Gas Pedal problems, Brake issues and newly released Hidden failed crash test results. Man Toyota squeeky clean for years are pulling out all the stops.

Its a massive shame as this was the supercar I have been most looking forward to, and was bursting with anticipation to see it at the Autosport show this year, and then I saw it.
Whoops, I felt like a muppet because it looks, well, lets just say, good from 100 paces. Serious quality issues from what I saw.
Re-sale values will be hit hard I am sure.

Maybe Lexus doesn't really care about sellin those things.. isn't there some sort of rule that a car company has to make x-amount of production cars so they can run a GT version in the races?

Yea, I've posed the question on multiple forums and so far not one person has stepped forward saying they are buying the car. I'm wondering what's in their heads, if they are seriously thinking it's just a matter of time and they will pick all the buyers, or if someone at Lexus is sitting in their office somewhere nervously biting their nails afraid to tell senior management that they have the biggest flop this side of the Vector.
