The Miami Heat is on!!

Your missing the point, Kobe did it with Shaq, they broke up and Kobe did it again. Duncan, had Robinson, won it all and then did it again. Great players make others great they don't go join other great players to win it they create it by rising everyone else's game. Do you really think Derrick Fisher is anything more than an avg Pg? With Kobe he took it to another level because Kobe accepted nothing less.
2. Again, read my post. Shaq is a future Hall of Famer. Robinson is a future Hall of Famer. So why is it wrong for LeBron to leave Cleveland when there was no one like that there? Everything he did was legal. Shaq left to Miami when he was declining to join Wade and Alonso. So you don't count his champ there because he "joined forces"?
3. Dude, Kobe DID NOT make Fisher go to another level. Stop kidding yourself.

This is what is great about sports. Everyone has there own point of view and nobody can be right nor wrong 100% of the time.
I used to hate Jordan and now that he is done dominating the Eastern Conference and the rest of the NBA for that matter, I can appreciate his feats. Every Champion has had a sidekick or two. Jordan had Pippen, Kobe had Shaq and then Gasol, Bird had Parrish and Mchale, Magic had Kareem and Worthy. This is a team sport and last I checked, no individual has ever won a championship by themselves. I would imagine that the avg number of all-stars per championship team is over 2 and probably closer to 3(I'm interested in finding out). So nobody should bash Lebron for improving his odds to winning as many titles as possible by joining DWade and Bosh.

^ they will not beat OKC and my money is on the trio being split up after falling short again. They won by the grace of god over Boston, he won't save them twice

They won because LBJ went for 45 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists in game six and another 31 and 12 in game 7. Give the guy some credit he made a mistake with "the decision" but other than that he has been a model athlete. People seem to forget chris bosh wasn't playing for almost the entire series as well with injury...we saw the difference he can make in game 7. In any event, epic finals coming up. Top two players on earth going head to head.

Would have sworn bosh (a PF) hitting 3 three's in the 4th was the biggest reason they came back and won? Lebron does 30 and 12 every night, so why give him extra credit for it being in a game 7?

I noted Chris bosh's performance made a huge difference in game 7. Christian posted that only by god's grace against Boston did Miami win. My point is Lebron deserves credit for his performances(not god). Note I didnt say "extra credit." if you notice on the corner three in the fourth bosh was wide open after Lebron drove to the basket and Garnett pulled in to help and Lebron hit bosh for the shot. The day will come when Lebron has a ring or rings and I wonder what haters are going to say then???

i thought game 7 exemplified everything that is wrong w/ LBJ.
way too passive in the beginning half, even the 3rd, and it's only when he realized he could take it to the hole, every single time, that it would open everything up & they win.
he is so dominant, and unstoppable, that it makes no sense for him to be shooting jumpers or trying to get others involved. he should come out every game - going to the hole - and then work to get others involved and/or take jump shots when teams adjust.
he doesn't want the responsibility - i don't know why - he can't be stopped when he tries.

It's amusing to read all the smack about LBJ.
GET OVER IT!!
Appreciate his talents, enjoy watching him without such envy.
Everyone hates him but Eastern Conference Finals broke all kinds of viewer records. He's the man you all love to hate and can't get your eyes off him.
Go Heat!!
