Who knows, but from what i've read, the facelift will be codenamed B9 instead of B8.

Also, it is rumored that the 2012 S5 will get the V6 3.0Tfsi engine.
This would jive with the US release in 2012 as a 2013 model for the RS5. I understand that the 3.0 TFSI is coming to the full S5 line as well.

So the only difference is the tail lights? Maybe these can be retrofitted into my 09
