The JC to spec an F10 M5
#73
To the issue of wheels. I love the standard dark grey 19s, but feel they may clash with the main exterior color if I get something grey. I'm looking into mounting ZCP wheels on the F10. I ordered a set of ZCPs for my M3, but decided against them as I prefer that car on 18s. Well, my dealer still has that set of ZCPs and they are not asking all that much for them.
The offset comparison between the ZCP and F10 19s is a follows:
ZCP:
19 x 9 (+31)
19 x 10 (+25)
F10 19:
19 x 9 (+32)
19 x 10 (+34)
I guess that means I may have to utilize spacers, but I'm surely not looking to go hella flush.

why spacers if the offset is almost identical at the front and lower in the rear(sticks more out)?
btw,did you see the recently delivered Moonstone M5 on Bimmerpost?
I really like it on the Emmy...think about it
just as well as Azurite Black - conservative yet very special!

No need for spacers at least if you want them to fit close to the OEM wheels. Fronts are the going to sit only 1mm further out with the ZCP, rears are going to sit out 9mm more (as if you put 10mm spacer on the F10 wheels). Should fit fine and look great.
All specs debated sound great, ZCP wheels will be bee's knees!

Yeah, ZCP issue is all figured out, I had the offsets backwards.
The Pops likes Frozen Silver, by I'm iffy if he could live with a 'matte' color.
