^Never dyno'd it, but probably about 460ish on the motor.

nice...I love it...I just love the sound of that V8...how does the white hold up....I currently have black..personal favorite car color but my wife will murder me if I get another black one...

Why not get a second 997 C2 or C4 if you need a car that can handle some snow, a much more fun car imo. They are in the lower 40's

+1 I hardly ever see any 997's when the weather isn't absolutely optimal (and I commute 35 miles each way).

Anyway, back on-topic. Just wanted to revive this thread to see if you picked up that M3 or not. They've been looking better & better to me lately and I'm strongly considering picking one up in the next year as a DD.

I have a 2008 E92 M3 (manual gearbox) and it is more than capable of coping with daily driving duties for sure. I do not use mine as a daily driver as I have an Audi Q7 which I like to use in the city limits and in traffic conditions.

Still, by owning this M3, I can tell that the car can be driven on city roads or flogged at the local track as well without skipping a beat. Good luck in your decision and keep us posted.
