blargh so annoying. I wrapped them so tight today, was able to do 200 pushups this morning without too much pain; little to none. Have my gear on and ready to go to the gym right now, but now a bit nervous after reading that. Maybe I should give them more rest and just do cardio and try to loosen my legs up while I can.

FUUUUU.. :[

Do push ups on your fists. I picked that up in krav. Also I don't like wraps, I use tape. Works for me when lifting (particularly on cleans) as well as when I work on the strikes on the punching bag

Trying to get myself stoked for my weekly ride tomorrow. I'm dreading it...I've been exhausted all week for some reason. I guess this is where Clif Bars are gonna save me.

Cut about 20 miles off, but added almost 1000 feet (a little less than 50% more) of climbing.

Sweet Baby J I'm gonna feel this one later.

Oh and I decided to bust out a breakaway pace at around mile 26. Not the best of ideas given I had 20 miles to go. Certainly made up for the shorter distance though.

Oh my phone I use MyTracks. It's a little wonky due to GPS tracking issues though (eg max speed of 117 mph) but as far as my route goes it'll get that no problem. You can export that in a file. I go on MapMyRide.com and map it out afterwards (fast and easy), and that'll give me a pretty detailed overview of my ride. Plus they categorize climbs. Bragging rights and all.
